What is it
Management Shop has identified three core areas that when planned and managed properly delivers high performance and high output from all teams in the organization.
Strategic planning and management is the blue print for what the organization wants to accomplish in a given time frame
Financial planning and management is how the organization will finance its goals and objectives laid out in the strategic plan
Performance measurement and management is who on the team will accomplish what, what success looks like and how it will be measured
Why it works
When the organization knows what it wants to accomplish, how it will finance its goals and objectives and who on the team will accomplish what part of the plan the organization and the teams are fully aligned and in sync and perform and deliver high output on goingly.
How it works
Management Shop offers three plans:
- A one time call to create a strategic and financial plan
- Option 1 + Quarterly calls to review and measure the plans
- Option 2 + Monthly calls to evaluate and score performance
What they are saying
"Baruch did a lot of good work for us. I think that this model is an excellent fit for his expertise. For the right person, this can be extremely helpful. I like the plan #3. I plan on using it for several people here at Friendship Circle. While it is promoted as helping executive directors manage other people, I think he can be helpful in managing the executive director as well." Rabbi Levi Shemtov, Executive Director of Friendship Circle
"Outsourcing is a great way to keep your expenses down and ‘hire’ great talent. Baruch has made an impact in the last 2 years of working together. Many consultants will offer advice that doesn’t get off the paper, but Baruch offers both – he actually gets it done and allows me to focus on other priorities. Reach out to him – you will be very fortunate that you did." Rabbi Rosenstein, Executive Director of The Hebron Fund
"Baruch has helped us over the last three years. His sound advice and council has enabled us to grow effectively. His keen sense of people management and knowledge of financial management makes him our trusted advisor." Rabbi Yossi Harlig, Executive Director of Friendship Circle Miami
