Financial planning and management is how the organization will finance its goals and objectives laid out in the strategic plan
Performance measurement and management is who on the team will accomplish what, what success looks like and how it will be measured

How it works
Management Shop offers three plans:
- A one time call to create a strategic and financial plan
- Option 1 + Quarterly calls to review and measure the plans
- Option 2 + Monthly calls to evaluate and score performance
